After my trip to Kakadu where my friend broke her foot I thought it was an appropriate time to discuss slowing down.
It was a great reminder for me to check in and listen to my body, mind and spirit. It’s about knowing when we need space to breath and rest and this is an important part of health . Sometimes we just push and push until we burn out. How can we listen to the signs before reaching burnout point when we are forced to stop and the shizzel hits the whizzel?
